How to make your quarantine productive? Take online course.

Updated: Aug 13, 2020

New Year, New Beginning
Happy New Year!

As I am writing my very first own content (here in my very own website!), I have a lot of thoughts in my mind. Where shall I start? ..... Alright! I can say that year 2020 would be very memorable to all of the people. We have a lot of challenges that we are facing right now, especially the battling of the pandemic. Everyone was really trying their best on how are they going to put food on their tables and for their families and on how are we going to survive this situation.

I believe in a saying that "Everything happens for a reason.". We may not be able to know the reason why this happened, for sure as time goes by, people will become stronger. Stronger enough to prove that whatever challenges that we are going to face, we need to keep positive and have the determination to fight and to live.

A lot of people needed to spend off some time from work and classes were shifted to online.

This made me realize that even I am employed full time and have more time to do other stuff as I am currently staying at home, why not enroll in an online course that will be beneficial. One day, I had a chat with a close friend of mine and asked how things are going as he is an entrepreneur and so on. He mentioned that he is enrolled in an online course in Filipino Virtual Assistance by FVA Consultancy (FVA) and is really learning a lot. In less than 10 minutes (I guess!!!), I was talking to myself and asked, why not enroll also to an online course that will make my quarantine productive and have new knowledge about how working online works.

FVA offers online job courses to freelancers, virtual assistance services to brands and businesses and franchising opportunities. Their very mission is to empower families, one freelancer, at a time through their :

1. Academy - where they teach people how they can start freelancing through their virtual assistance online courses.

2. Services - where they assist brands and business all types of virtual assistance needs.

3.Franchising - where they expand the FVA mission into different localities and territories, creating a personalized appeal to all those who need their services through their coaches and trainers.

From the time I started taking up Freelancing Course with the help of my mentor, Coach Grace Locsin, I am seeing the beauty and art of freelancing. It really takes a lot of focus, dedication, work, and effort if we want to be successful in working online (not only online but in all job types).

I hope you were inspired by my first blog and allow me to share with you my experiences and stories as I go along with my course.
